The process of making the Keep Calm sign was easy and quick. I received the product marked fragile (which some companies do not do) and therefore it was taking care of. This is a fantastic product. we had brilliant service from the team. I ordered 44 mugs on the Monday and received them on the Friday, bearing in mind each mug had a different slogan on.
